1. Special Assistant A:

Professional background of biological science and knowledge;

Doctor or Post Doctor;

Powerful writing ability;

Excellent written English and translation capability;

Outstanding person, the age may be relaxed to 48 years.

2. Special Assistant B:

Professional background of Economic science and knowledge;

Master's degree or better;

Excellent spoken and written English;

Powerful external development ability;

High-tech start-ups with foreign management experience are preferred;

The new understanding is that, any kind of disease is not an independent or simple pathological process; but a systemic and complex process involving organism’s disease-resistant mechanism.

For example, immune abnormality disease refers to a paranormal immunoreaction induced by external antigen, resulting in organism’s own cell being damaged and a metabolic malfunction. Social environment may give organism such an intense stimulus that may cause excessive stress response in the cerebral cortex, giving rise to a strong emotional and mental trauma, as well as other complications (e.g. stomach ulcers, heart disease, high blood pressure). And symptoms of the disease continue to develop and change, driven by both two factors—damage of the organism and the organism’s resistance. These changes often cause a local disease to spread to the whole body through organism’s own regulatory mechanism.

So, the symptom of disease is no longer thought as a simple process or phenomenon that organism is damaged by the pathogeny that gives rise to a series of disorders in the organism’s steady-state, but it is understood as a double mingled process associating organism’s disordered process with its resistance adjusting process.

Detailed study of this issue can bring the etiological concept in traditional physiology to be in line with a new etiological concept in physioecological strategy theory. This subject is very practical and develops rapidly; but because of the interdisciplinary isolation, it has not formed a sound connection with the similar researches in other fields.
